This product is the medium of thermal transfer, it has both excellent electricity insulation property and thermal conduction property, meanwhile, it can resist high and low temperature, it can use in -60~300 temperature range for long period, and will not have the phenomenon of hardening or melting. This product is based on polysiloxane, with the assisting of high conduction agent. The product is nontoxic, no special smell and no corruption, the chemical and physical performance is stable.
